PLEASE READ:

There may be situations where we will be required to add time to your visit to properly and safely care for your pet (Pet becomes ill, Urgent Care or Emergency transport to your vet.)   These situations are uncommon, and we will always discuss an event with you as they arise.  Please know that we will never leave your pet alone if they become ill, etc. and will follow the details of your preferences in your Veterinary Service Agreement.
