Why should I choose Kristal's Paws & Cuddles, LTD or KPAC?
Kristal is very loving, dependable and trustworthy, and she will take the best care of your pets in the comfort of your own home. Kristal will follow their normal routine, including their diet and exercise schedule. Most importantly, your pet is guaranteed to receive a lot of love and personal attention while you are away. 
 
Where is Kristal's Paws and Cuddles located and what areas do they cover?
Great question! Kristal's Paws & Cuddles, or KPAC, is located in Mebane, NC. Pet-sitting services are provided in that area as well as: Haw River, Hillsborough, Efland, Chapel Hill, Cary, Durham, and Raleigh.
 
What hours do you provide services?
Pet Sitting and dog walking visits are generally between 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. Other times can be arranged. Overnight visits are flexible, depending on Kristal's availability and the clients' needs. 
 
What kind of animals do you care for?
Kristal's Paws & Cuddles provides tender love and care for almost any animal, as long as they don't pose a threat to Kristal and her staff’s safety and well-being. Kristal's Paw & Cuddles will not care for any animals that have a history of biting, aggression, fighting or attacking other animals or people.
 
Does Kristal’s Paws and Cuddles board pets at their home?
KPAC does not board pets in their home. However, we provide daily visits for your pets or we can stay overnight as well. KPAC will gladly customize a schedule to fit the needs of your pet. We've found that pets are much happier in the comfort of their own home. 
 
Do you get to meet with Kristal before leaving your pets in her care?
Absolutely! One of the most important things to Kristal is ensuring that you and your pets are comfortable with her, since she will be sitting for you. Once you reach out to her regarding the services you need, Kristal will contact you within 24-48 hours to set up a time to meet with you and your pets for a FREE consultation at your home.
 
What do you do during your visits?
KPAC's pet-sitting visits include: Feeding your pets per your instructions, fresh water, dogs walked or backyard playtime, litter box cleaned, medication given if needed (AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE). She will also make sure your mail and newspaper brought in, plants watered, lights on and off, trash taken out, and PLENTY OF TLC!
 
How long are your Drop-In and Bed & Breakfast visits?
Most of KPAC's visits have no time limit! We believe you and your pets’ happiness and their needs will be our gauge, not the clock. KPAC promises to stay for as long as it takes to make your pet happy, secure and comfortable. 
 
I’d like to know a little bit more about the Overnight Pet-Sitting Services.
Overnight visits are provided to give you peace of mind of knowing that your home is being looked after as well as your pets. Knowing that everyone's travel times vary, KPAC's will work with your schedule. So, if you don't need anyone to arrive at your home until 2pm, then that's the time we will schedule. If your pets are used to sleeping in your bed with you, KPAC is happy to have them sleep in the bed with us too!
 
What exactly is the Bed & Breakfast Package?
The Bed & Breakfast Package is a great alternative to overnight visits.  If your pet doesn’t need anyone to stay with them overnight, KPAC will make arrangements to stop by each morning & evening to feed your pets breakfast and dinner, and take them for a walk during both visits.  
 
Will you let me know how my pet is doing while I'm away?
You better believe it! KPAC sends text messages and pictures during her visits so you'll know just how well your pets are being taken care of while you're away. 
 
What do you do in case of an emergency?
During our pre-service meeting, we will discuss the preferences you have for your home and pet. If an emergency occurs with your pet we would like for you to instruct us on how to handle the situation before making a trip to the Vet. Emergency contact information and specific instructions will be collected before  pet- sitting services take place. 

What forms of payment does KPAC accept?
KPAC accepts: Cash, Cash App, Venmo, Checks or Zelle for payment.
