Life is unpredictable. So, Kristal’s Paws and Cuddles, Ltd. is pleased to offer a very flexible cancellation policy for clients. Clients can cancel reservations at any time and for any reason with no charge, except the following circumstances:

• Non-holiday Drop-In visits cancelled less than 48 hours before scheduled time are subject to 50% cancellation fee.

• Non-holiday Drop-In visits cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled time are subject to 100% cancellation fee.

• Holiday Drop-In visits cancelled less than 48 hours before scheduled time are subject to 100% cancellation fee.

• Holiday Drop-In visits cancelled less than five (5) days before scheduled time are subject to 50% cancellation fee.

• Holiday Overnight Stays that are cancelled less than 30 days before scheduled start time are subject to 25% cancellation fee.

• Holiday Overnight Stays that are cancelled less than 14 days before scheduled start time are subject to 50% cancellation fee.

• Holiday Overnight Stays that are cancelled less than seven days before scheduled start time are subject to 100% cancellation fee.

• Additionally, there are no refunds or credits for early returns or last-minute changes to pet care. Once pet care begins, payment is due for the original dates scheduled.

 

Please be mindful that Spring, Summer, and Holidays are our highest peak times! We want to take care of all the fur babies, and to do so; please be mindful of that and other clients when changing plans during these peak times.  A late cancellation is a missed opportunity for another pet. For these instances, KPAC has instituted a cancellation policy for all clients.

**NOTE:  There are no cancellation fees for our DOG WALKING CLIENTS if you cancel before 8:00 AM the day of your visit. That is one of the benefits of being on our daily schedule.  We understand things happen and last-minute things come up!! If you’ve paid in advance, the walk will be rescheduled for another day.
